Branch Manager

Position Overview This position is primarily responsible for the overall sales and operations management of the branch. The incumbent is the directing sales manager for the branch, focusing on the origination and expansion of new to bank customers and performance coaching of the branch team. The incumbent oversees daily branch activities, performs market and business development duties, processes loan requests, solicits new accounts, and ensures effective operations of branch staff and facilities. Incumbent will adhere to all FNB policies, procedures, strategies, and Core Values.
Primary Responsibilities
Generate high‑value customer relationships through leveraging sales leads and outbound calling to establish new customers and retain and expand existing relationships.
Execute and coach sales strategies to achieve financial goals and incorporate FNB digital products and services into customer interactions.
Input and maintain effective data quality for all referrals, customers, and applicants using FNB approved branch technology.
Complete lifecycle of all new and existing relationships according to consumer bank standards.
Manage and coach branch team and facility to ensure the branch operates according to FNB standards, conduct daily sales meetings, execute HR responsibilities, and lead sales camps.
Ensure operational integrity of the branch, including adherence to audit, compliance, security, and operational requirements.
Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
Serve as risk managers for their businesses by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing and monitoring the risk they encounter daily as required by F.N.B. Corporation’s risk management program.
Minimum Requirements
Education : High School or GED (BA or BS preferred).
Experience : Minimum of 3 years of job‑related experience.
Skills : Excellent management, communication (written and verbal), organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills; excellent customer service skills; ability to use a personal computer and job‑related software (MS Word – basic, MS Excel – intermediate, MS PowerPoint – basic).
Licensures/Certifications : Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier (preferred but required).
