Job Description We are seeking a Senior Vice President to join our Corporate Practice and sit 3 days a week onsite with one of our clients. The role requires strategic partnership with the client's Global Communications team, delivering on multiple campaigns across business units, building internal client relationships, and driving material development. You will attend client meetings, brainstorms, and work alongside the comms team and Zeno’s core client team in Chicago, serving as the face of Zeno and engaging with senior leadership on programs, results, and problem solving.

We want someone who thinks and does; masters of their craft, excellent people leaders, client counselors, and who will roll up their sleeves and work closely with the team.

About The Role

Develop strategic, visionary plans for clients and communicate them compellingly with supporting recommendations and substantive logic.

Partner with client’s internal media team to build media relations strategies, including non-traditional outlets and outreach for programs/projects.

Understand key client industry issues related to products, categories, technologies, competition, and general industry challenges.

Grow business prospects within existing clients; expand scope of work using network capabilities; lead new business outreach and win new business.

Secure, maintain, and grow the business.

Commit to continuous learning and improvement of leadership skills; set and pursue stretch goals.

Drive learning and ongoing education for your team and across the agency through trend watching and knowledge management.

Manage staff utilization to meet profitability targets.

Foster and maintain relationships with client contacts and internal agency partners.

Maintain financial responsibility for accounts, including forecasting and profitability.

Mentor, coach, and support team members to ensure constant development of their skills.

Provide strategic counsel, guidance, and leadership, supervising several staff members and ensuring high work quality and productivity.

Comfortably navigate client environments and represent Zeno in all matters.

About You

Live in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area.

Have 12+ years of experience in Corporate PR, with a required agency background.

Have a history of success in providing strategic counsel and building credibility with senior client contacts.

Collaborate and deliver results, managing multiple priorities against deadlines.

Demonstrate ability to think strategically, creatively, and holistically about client programs.

Excellent writing and presentation skills, including developing and delivering client presentations and new business proposals.

Possess deep knowledge of reputation management and solid working knowledge of traditional and non-traditional media, with a proven track record of building relationships with national business media and driving results.

Have a strong background in corporate communications and solid corporate media relations contacts.

Demonstrate proven leadership experience, mentoring, and developing junior talent.

Pay range: $160,000 to $185,000.
