The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for the overall management of the concierge desk at one of our top‑of‑the‑line apartment communities. You will oversee all aspects of the front desk—from resident relations to partnering with maintenance and leasing teams—and ensure smooth flow of traffic through the lobby. The Front Desk Supervisor will also handle escalated resident issues and work with the Community Manager and Maintenance Manager as a liaison to provide resolutions.
Foster positive relationships with residents, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Enforce community policies consistently and fairly.
Organize and manage resident events and initiatives to promote a sense of community.
Manage a team of concierge staff to provide an exceptional experience at all hours.
Oversee temporary help and vendor relations.
Provide coaching and counseling for team and individual development.
Handle escalated resident issues and work with the Community Manager and Maintenance Manager as a liaison to provide resolutions.
Train new and existing concierge.
You Have
1–3 years of multifamily experience or related experience/education in a hotel, retail, or restaurant environment.
1 or more years of supervisory or training experience required.
High school diploma or equivalency (GED) required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proficiency in using administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Mobility to walk the property and maneuver packages/deliveries.
