Store Manager - Aftermarket Heavy Duty Truck Parts TruckPro is seeking a Store Manager Aftermarket Truck Parts who will be responsible for managing the overall daily operations for our heavy‑duty truck parts retail location. The Store Manager is responsible for growing sales, gross margin, and overall profitability. This position is responsible for selecting, onboarding, developing, and retaining individuals within the store. The Store Manager operates with a high level of entrepreneurial spirit.

Store Manager Responsibilities

Direct the Inside/Counter Sales team and Account Manager/Outside Sales team while building and maintaining key customer relationships and service

Develop and communicate financial and business performance goals for the store

Administer financial matters including inventory management, collection and disbursement of funds, etc.

Manage and coach associates; engage with Human Resources to assist with organizational structure and planning, talent management and development and employee relations issues

Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop recruiting strategy regarding external and internal recruitment needs

Advise Regional Manager concerning issues related to store operations

Partner with Regional Sales Manager to develop short‑term and long‑term sales forecast for Account Manager/Outside Sales team

Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly financial requirements are completed as required; meet month‑end close and cut off requirements

Ensure compliance, safety and vehicle policies are followed; oversee housekeeping and safety practices are executed throughout retail/services/warehouse

Implement any regional and corporate change initiatives, e.g., implementation of new systems, compensation plans, or other policies, practices, and procedures

Remain current in knowledge of all product lines

Successful Store Manager Candidates Will Have

Five years of management experience to include full P&L responsibilities, inventory management, and people management

Two years of experience in Operations and/or Sales

Heavy‑duty industry knowledge and experience (heavy‑duty truck parts and/or heavy‑duty service repair)

Ability to operate power industrial equipment (forklifts, etc.)

Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs

The role is a physically active role

Will be required to lift, pick, pull, and stock heavy duty truck parts that might be in excess of 50+ lbs with lift assist devices

Will be required to stand for long periods of time on a variety of surfaces and will be required to operate a forklift

Will frequently be required to: walking, bending, twisting, stepping, stooping, reaching, lifting, pushing and climbing

Will frequently use a computer in the course of completing daily activities
