Senior Director – Head of HID Ecosystems
Join HID as the Senior Director – Head of HID Ecosystems. The role is based in Austin, Texas (preferred) but open to other US HID sites. The Senior Director will design and execute the Partner Ecosystem program, uniting manufacturers, technology partners, consultants, and systems integrators to deliver secure, seamless identity solutions.

Responsibilities
Designing, launching, and scaling a robust partner ecosystem program that attracts manufacturers, technology partners, and solution providers.
Defining clear engagement models, certification processes, and incentive structures to drive participation and adoption.
Aligning HID product and technology roadmaps with partner manufacturers to ensure cross‑device compatibility.
Working with Group and Business Area Product Management to develop tools, APIs, certification programs and collateral that simplify integration and accelerate deployment.
Building strong relationships with manufacturers, consultants, and integrators to foster innovation and joint solutions.
Providing resources and programs that enable partners to deliver interoperable, customer‑centric solutions.
Owning cadence‑driven training sessions for HID commercial teams to ensure they understand and can articulate the ecosystem value proposition.
Developing knowledge‑sharing programs and resources that empower sales and marketing teams to become effective ecosystem advocates externally.
Delivering a unified and interoperable ecosystem where HID technologies work seamlessly across HID Business Areas and integrate into partner solutions.
Reducing integration complexity for customers and accelerating deployment.
Enabling manufacturers to innovate with HID technologies and create differentiated offerings.
Working closely with PACS, Mobile, and other HID business areas to ensure pan‑HID alignment.
Partnering with Corporate Marketing to promote ecosystem success stories and drive awareness.
Positioning HID as the trusted leader in secure, interoperable identity experiences.
Qualifications
BA/BS required (Business, Engineering, or related). MBA preferred.
15+ years in identity/access management, IoT, or related technology sectors.
Proven success in building and scaling partner ecosystems, including hardware manufacturers.
Strong technical understanding of interoperability standards, APIs, and integration frameworks.
Experience aligning product and technology roadmaps across multiple stakeholders.
Ability to create business models and incentives for ecosystem adoption.
Established industry presence and ability to influence standards and market direction.
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
