Capital Markets Industry Client Partner Join UST as a Senior Client Partner and lead strategic client relationships and drive business growth within the Capital Markets domain.

Role Description As a Senior Client Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to C‑suite executives, delivering technology‑led transformation and digital innovation across capital markets clients. You will lead strategic client relationships, drive business growth, and partner with internal teams to deliver innovative, high‑impact solutions.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow key client accounts within the Capital Markets segment.

Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client priorities.

Drive business growth through IT and digital transformation initiatives.

Partner with internal teams to deliver innovative, high‑impact solutions.

Provide industry insights on trading, risk, compliance, and digital trends.

Manage strategic investment banking and asset management accounts.

Drive AI‑enabled trading, risk, and compliance analytics initiatives.

Deliver data‑driven digital transformation solutions.

Leverage ML and automation to improve operational efficiency.

Provide insights on fintech trends, predictive analytics, and AI strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Technology.

At least 15 years of experience in client engagement, account management, or consulting roles within IT services (Capital market focus) or directly with capital market clients / investment banks.

Proven experience managing large, multi‑million‑dollar accounts or portfolios in investment banking, asset management, or securities services.

Strong understanding of front‑to‑back capital markets processes, including trading, order placement, underwriting, risk, compliance, clearing, and settlement.

Exposure to digital transformation programs leveraging technologies like AI, cloud, data analytics, and automation.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Strong experience in the Capital Markets domain with at least 15 years of experience in client relationship management, with a strong impact on revenue growth and strategic account development.

MBA or Master’s degree.

Compensation & Location Location: Remote

Compensation Range: $174,000–$261,000

Benefits Full‑time employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro‑rated for new hires), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. Employees are eligible to participate in UST’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as company‑paid Employee‑Only benefits including basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short‑ and long‑term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short‑term disability benefits and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent childcare, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Part‑time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro‑rated for new hires) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. Beneficiary participants also receive medical, dental, and vision insurance. All US employees working in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified above will receive the benefit of those laws that apply.
