Assurance - Audit Analytics Senior Manager - Data Int Delivery (Multiple Positions)
Join EY for an opportunity to drive operational improvements and deliver data‑driven audit insights. The role focuses on requesting, capturing, transforming, and preparing client data for analysis and integrating analytics into the audit service for clients.
Responsibilities
Lead and direct teams of professionals across diverse backgrounds, providing constructive feedback and coaching.
Collaborate with Assurance teams to deliver in‑depth data analysis as part of the audit service.
Request, capture, transfer, transform, and prepare client data for analysis, and coordinate development of industry‑specific or custom analytical tools.
Analyze complex data utilizing a suite of analytical tools and deliver range of analytics results in written and presentation formats.
Create work papers that document the engagement procedures performed in a concise and organized manner.
Stay informed on analytics solutions, auditing and accounting standards that affect business processes analyzed.
Manage risk in the delivery of quality client services, generate and manage new business opportunities.
Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of related work experience (5 years progressive) or 7 years with a master’s degree.
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics or related field.
5+ years experience with data analysis, including data capture, transformation, ETL tools (Alteryx) and visualization tools (Power BI).
4+ years experience with analytical tools such as Python, PySpark, Apache Spark, DAX Studio, Tabular Editor, JavaScript, or D3.js.
4+ years experience developing data visualization dashboards for communication of anomalies and patterns (Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire).
4+ years experience in financial business processes, audit teams and audit clients.
4+ years experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
4+ years experience writing and presenting findings to stakeholders.
4+ years experience using database management software, statistical and predictive machine learning software, RPA and AI.
4+ years experience in cloud computing (Rack Space, Citrix, Microsoft Azure platform, Azure Databricks).
4+ years experience with ERP (SAP or Oracle) and ERP data models.
Travel up to 20%.
