We are seeking a

Business Solutions Architect

specializing in Salesforce Consumer Goods (CG) Cloud to design, implement, and optimize scalable end-to-end solutions for consumer goods organizations for a 2-month contract with potential to convert to full-time. This role collaborates closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into high-quality, value-driven Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce CG Cloud solutions aligned with business goals and industry best practices

Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications

Oversee implementation of key CG Cloud capabilities, including Retail Execution, Visit Planning, Order Capture, and Trade Promotion Management

Serve as a subject matter expert on CG Cloud features, integrations, and data models

Create and maintain architecture documentation, diagrams, and roadmaps

Mentor project teams and ensure adherence to architectural standards and delivery timelines

Support pre-sales efforts through solution demos, proposals, and client presentations

Stay up to date on Salesforce platform releases, CG Cloud enhancements, and industry trends

Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all Salesforce solutions

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field

5+ years of Salesforce solution architecture experience, including 2+ years with Consumer Goods Cloud or similar industry solutions

Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CG Cloud)

Deep hands‑on Salesforce experience and proficiency in business process mapping and solution design for consumer goods organizations

Knowledge of integration patterns, APIs, and data migration strategies within Salesforce

Consumer Goods Cloud Accredited Professional certification or proven success implementing Salesforce for a consumer goods company

Highly desirable Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect or System Architect

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross‑functional teams

This Remote Position Cannot be Performed in New York City.

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $130,000 - $205,000. In addition, the details highlighted in this job posting above are a general description of all other expected benefits and compensation for the position.
