Job Description:
The System Architect develops strategic solutions by integrating Commercial Off‑the‑Shelf (COTS) tools into unified system solutions based on requirements. They use COTS tools with Government Off‑the‑Shelf (GOTS) solutions to meet customer needs, work individually or as part of a team, analyze planned and unplanned modifications, provide innovative recommendations for architecture adjustments, apply relevant software development and design methodologies, and advise on tool integration.
Required:
Establish system information requirements using analysis to develop enterprise-wide or large‑scale information systems.
Design architecture including software, hardware, and communications to support total requirements and interfaces.
Ensure systems comply with agency IT architecture standards and specific platform integration requirements.
Analyze workflows, organization, and planning problems and develop corrective actions.
Supervise compliance of the common operating system and provide daily direction to staff.
Active Directory experience.
Certification:
IAT, Level 2.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree + 6 years of experience, OR
Associate’s Degree + 10 years of experience.
