Systems Engineers - Multiple Levels - Clearance and Polygraph Required

Pay Range $85,000.00/yr – $268,000.00/yr (based on skills and experience. Discuss with recruiter.)
Requirements
Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and U.S. citizenship.
At least 2 years of recent Systems Engineering experience within the last 5 years.
Level‑specific experience:
Level 04: ≥15 years
Level 03: ≥12 years
Level 02: ≥9 years
Level 01: ≥6 years
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience managing system and derived requirements, ensuring production systems are compatible with DoDAF, SOA, etc.
Experience developing system engineering documentation: System Engineering Plans, Initial Capabilities Documents, Requirements Specifications, Interface Control Documents.
Assist with system requirements, functional requirements, and allocation to hardware, software, facilities, and personnel components.
Coordinate resolution of action items from CCBs, design reviews, program reviews, and test reviews that require cross‑discipline coordination.
Nice‑to‑Have Skills
Analyzing user requirements and system architectures to develop requirements specifications.
Guiding users in requirement formulation, alternative approaches, and conducting feasibility studies.
Providing technical leadership for integration of requirements, design, and technology.
Incorporating new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations.
Developing technical documentation, system architecture, and design documents.
Planning system development and implementation, preparing management, integration, and test plans.
Interaction with the Government on technical matters.
