Revonary Accountants & Advisors, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager specializing in trusts, estates, and fiduciary taxation to join our team. If you excel in 1041 preparation and review, estate and gift tax returns, fiduciary accounting, and advising high-net-worth families, this role offers the opportunity to lead and grow a sophisticated practice area within our firm.
We are looking for a highly technical, detail-oriented professional with strong recent public accounting experience. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of estate and trust compliance, strong communication and client-facing skills, and the ability to manage complex engagements with independence and accuracy.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or Business with an Accounting emphasis)
CPA required; additional estate/trust credentials (e.g., CFP, PFS, or trust/estate coursework) a plus
7–10 years of recent public accounting experience
Demonstrated expertise in fiduciary taxation, including 1041s, 706s, 709s, and estate/trust accounting
Experience working with high-net-worth individuals, estate attorneys, and trust officers
Proficiency with QuickBooks, CCH Axcess, BNA, and fiduciary accounting systems
Strong research skills and a commitment to staying current on estate and trust tax developments
Position Responsibilities
Prepare and review fiduciary income tax returns (1041), estate tax returns (706), and gift tax returns (709)
Oversee fiduciary accounting, including formal accountings for trusts and estates
Provide high-level tax planning for complex trusts, estate settlements, and wealth transfer strategies
Collaborate with attorneys, trustees, executors, and beneficiaries on tax, reporting, and distribution matters
Analyze estate plans, trust instruments, and related documents to ensure accurate tax treatment
Manage compliance calendars, extensions, projections, and estimated tax planning
Correspond with taxing authorities regarding fiduciary and estate-related matters
Mentor staff and contribute to building the firm’s fiduciary/estate practice
Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional advisory support
