Requirements
DAX, SQL, M Queries
Banking experience local to Chicago
5+ years in a quantitative field
Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI
Ability to read ETL pipelines and collaborate with Data/Software Engineers
Design new metrics and collaborate with Data Scientists
Lead projects independently and collaborate with Operations, Finance
Influence without authority
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
Understand business requirements from stakeholders and plan solutions
Collect, refine, and prepare data for analytics and visualization
Develop, design, and maintain Power BI dashboards, SQL queries, analytics
Define new KPIs, analyze and provide actionable recommendations
Present to business leaders in both ad‑hoc forums and routine review
Identify new data functionalities or enhancements for better decision making
Solve data or performance issues related to workbooks and data sources
