Senior Brand Manager, Innovation (Must have Food Industry experience)
Lead the creation of breakthrough product platforms that define what’s next in the food industry. This high-impact role where you’ll transform consumer insights into bold ideas and bring them to life across retail, convenience, and foodservice channels.
What You’ll Do:
Build and manage a 5-year innovation pipeline that fuels growth.
Lead cross-functional teams and external partners to launch 2–4 major platforms annually.
Drive strategy from concept to commercialization, ensuring financial viability and consumer appeal.
Collaborate with R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing to deliver results.
Present innovation strategies to senior leadership and key customers.
~ 30% travel
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
7+ years in marketing or product development (CPG preferred).
Education:
BA/BS required; MBA strongly preferred.
2 years of Innovation experience
Proven success in launching new products and managing P&Ls.
Strong strategic thinking, project management, and financial skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities; Spanish fluency is a plus.
