The Role
Build and scale a Data & AI practice across portfolio companies
Lead AI/data diligence for new investments
Co-create AI‑enabled value creation plans (VCPs)
Drive internal AI transformation and platform development
Represent the firm through thought leadership and industry engagement
Requirements
Proven track record delivering AI/data initiatives in fintech or regulated sectors
Experience in PE/VC, consulting, or operator roles with value‑creation focus
Deep expertise in LLMs and agent‑based architectures
End‑to‑end AI/ML development and deployment (MLOps)
Data governance, privacy, and responsible AI
Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder influence
Ability to lead small, high‑performing teams
