Base pay range
$170,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr Additional compensation types
Annual Bonus, RSUs, and Stock options What You’ll Do
Design, build, and deploy robust, distributed systems and APIs that power high-performance applications Develop new features and services using modern programming languages such as
Node.js, Python, TypeScript, Go, Rust, or C++ Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement end-to-end solutions from concept through production Contribute to architectural discussions, system design, and scaling strategies across microservices and cloud-native environments Work with
cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
to develop and optimize services for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency Build and integrate
AI-first features or platforms , leveraging modern AI tooling and services to enhance both product capabilities and developer productivity Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration to maintain high code quality What We’re Looking For
BS or MS in Computer Science or a related STEM field
(e.g., Physics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, etc.) 5+ years of professional software engineering experience , ideally with exposure to distributed systems, APIs, or large‑scale services Strong programming experience in one or more of:
Node.js, Python, TypeScript, Go, Rust, or C++ Experience with
system design and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Proven experience building
AI-first features or platforms , and leveraging
AI tooling or frameworks
to improve product development efficiency Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and modern software development best practices Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and contribute to an early‑stage engineering culture Bonus Points
Prior experience working in a
startup or small engineering team
environment Familiarity with
Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, or other Infrastructure-as-Code tools Frontend experience with
React or similar frameworks Seniority level
