Job Title: Director of Compensation

Position Summary:
The Director of Compensation will lead the design, execution, and management of global compensation programs. This role requires a data-driven, analytical mindset with deep expertise in compensation strategy, financial modeling, and advanced analytics. The successful candidate will deliver scalable, high-impact solutions that support business decision-making and align with the organization’s Total Rewards philosophy.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of global compensation programs, including base pay, short-term incentives, job architecture, and benchmarking
Build and maintain sophisticated financial and compensation models to support workforce planning and strategic pay decisions
Use Python, SQL, or similar tools to analyze large datasets, automate workflows, and generate actionable insights
Advise senior leaders on pay positioning, retention strategies, and compensation policies
Partner with Finance, Legal, HRBPs, and senior leadership to align compensation with business and talent objectives
Conduct market benchmarking and internal equity analysis, ensuring compliance with pay transparency regulations
Oversee annual merit cycles, including planning, execution, and reporting
Lead process improvement initiatives in partnership with HR and HR Technology
Develop and implement job families, leveling frameworks, and salary ranges
Design career tracks for both individual contributors and management roles
Ensure compliance with evolving pay regulations and transparency initiatives
Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) to measure program effectiveness
Build and manage a high-performing team of compensation analysts
Foster a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous learning
Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development to team members
