Job Title: Senior Tax Manager Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager to join a top 100 CPA firm in Michigan. The ideal candidate will lead complex tax engagements, manage client relationships, and mentor junior staff. Location: Michigan, United States Salary: $140,000.00-$180,000.00 Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple tax engagements for high-net-worth individuals and corporations Review tax returns, provisions, and other deliverables Develop and implement tax planning strategies Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws Lead and mentor junior staff members Cultivate and maintain client relationships Contribute to business development efforts Requirements: CPA license 8+ years of public accounting experience, with at least 3 years at the manager level Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws Excellent communication and leadership skills Advanced proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office suite Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Taxation or Accounting Experience with international tax issues Benefits: We offer competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.
