Drive Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen events, and other Lean transformation activities aligned with Crane’s operational strategy.
Develop and manage departmental operating budgets.
Prepare business cases for capital equipment investments, supporting growth and modern manufacturing capabilities.
Lead teams across the Model Shop, Tool Room, and Tool Crib, ensuring alignment with Crane’s policies and bargaining agreements.
Build a high‑performing engineering culture grounded in collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
