for their Burbank, CA site to lead an elite, high‑performing engineering organization.

Location: Burbank, CA

Base pay range: $180,000—$230,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end‑to‑end manufacturing process development, including CNC programming, CMM programming, and advanced tool/fixture design.

Lead initiatives in setup reduction, process standardization, visual work instructions, and productivity improvement.

Drive Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen events, and other Lean transformation activities aligned with Crane’s operational strategy.

Develop and manage departmental operating budgets.

Prepare business cases for capital equipment investments, supporting growth and modern manufacturing capabilities.

Lead teams across the Model Shop, Tool Room, and Tool Crib, ensuring alignment with Crane’s policies and bargaining agreements.

Build a high‑performing engineering culture grounded in collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
