About The Team The Tactical Recon & Strike (TRS) team develops aerial small drones (Groups 1‑3) and all related equipment for testing, deployment, and operation. The team takes products such as Ghost, Anvil, Bolt, and Altius from concept to operational systems, working closely with specialist teams to solve customers’ hardest challenges. We seek software engineers, hardware engineers, roboticists, and front‑end mobile developers who are excited to build a powerful robotics platform that can be tasked and viewed in real‑time across multiple interfaces.

About The Job Senior Electrical Engineer

What You’ll Do

Design embedded control electronics from concept to production, including hardware selection, schematic & PCB design, board bring‑up, and system level integration.

Troubleshoot issues spanning the electrical and software domains, using oscilloscopes, DMMs, and software debugging tools.

Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, software, firmware, and test engineers to deliver fully functional products.

Work in a fast‑paced environment supporting new developments, active deployments, and customer‑operated hardware.

Simultaneously manage involvement in multiple projects at various stages.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.

5+ years of experience designing, testing, and troubleshooting complex embedded systems from concept to production.

Experience designing mixed‑signal circuits.

Proficiency with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, debuggers, current‑probes, and automated testing.

Exceptional organizational and communication skills (written and oral).

Proficiency with Altium Designer or equivalent electronic design automation tools.

Proven experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑ownership environment.

U.S. Person status is required for access to export‑controlled data.

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency with C programming language.

Familiarity with software development processes and tools such as git, GitHub, JIRA.

Experience developing for safety‑critical environments.

Experience working on products for tough environments (automotive, aerospace, defense).

Knowledge of embedded software development, including timers, interrupts, and hardware peripherals such as SPI controllers and ADCs.

US Salary Range $146,000—$194,000 USD
