Plant Controller
to lead all plant‑level financial operations and serve as a strategic business partner to the Plant Director and cross‑functional leaders. This site is experiencing strong investment, expanding capabilities, and prioritizing operational excellence, and they need a hands‑on financial leader who can elevate processes, reporting, and visibility across the plant. What You’ll Do:
Oversee full financial reporting, month‑end close, and GL accuracy Lead cost accounting, production reporting, and plant performance analysis Partner closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and Corporate Finance Drive process improvements, tighten internal controls, and streamline workflows Support budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and data‑driven decision making Influence outcomes through strong ERP usage and actionable financial insights What We’re Looking For:
10+ years of progressive accounting experience in manufacturing Deep cost accounting and operational finance background Proven ability to build better processes, reporting, and controls Strong communicator who can partner effectively with non‑finance leaders Comfortable in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment ERP proficiency and advanced Excel skills Why This Role:
