Job Description As a Senior Tax Manager, you will provide tax consulting and compliance services to a diverse client base within the construction and real estate industries. You will perform tax research, work with clients on tax matters, implement special projects, and lead tax engagement teams. Your role will include identifying and implementing tax planning, preparing tax calculations, managing client relationships, and developing staff in a highly interactive team environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct tax research and provide consulting solutions to clients in construction and real estate.

Identify and implement tax planning strategies and manage special projects.

Prepare accurate tax calculations and manage multiple deadlines.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, anticipating and resolving concerns.

Develop and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing team.

Qualifications

BS in Accounting required; Master’s in Taxation or LLM a plus.

CPA required.

Real Estate partnership experience preferred.

Minimum of 8 years of public accounting experience focused on real estate and construction.

Proven client engagement and management skills.

Strong leadership and mentorship experience.
