Vice President | Investment Banking

I’m partnering with a well-established mid-market investment bank that is growing and adding a Vice President to their Investment Banking and Consulting team.
The team is busy, the deal flow is strong, and they’re building with intention.
What they’re looking for:
6 to 10 years in investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, corporate development, or similar
Experience running deals and managing client relationships
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and deal execution skills
Someone confident communicating with executives and business owners
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
Additional credentials like MBA or CPA are helpful
Ability to travel up to 40 percent when needed
What you’ll do:
Run M&A deals from strategy through close
Lead buy side and sell side engagements
Be a trusted advisor to clients and investors
Help drive business development and support firm growth
Lead and mentor junior team members
Bring market insights that influence client outcomes
