As an Associate within the Americas Credit Portfolio Group, you will be part of the XVA Product Control team covering CVA (credit valuation adjustment) and FVA (funding valuation adjustment). You will work with a wide range of products including CVA/FVA and various hedging instruments (Credit, Rates, Equity, Commodity, FX). This role is a fit for someone with extensive Product Control knowledge and expertise ready to take their career to the next level. You will be responsible for both P&L and Risk, interacting with stakeholders from Front Office, Market Risk Coverage and other key business and control functions.

Job Responsibilities

Produce and report on the Daily P&L and Risk, ensuring it is completed efficiently and in a controlled manner.

Ensure the integrity of the balance sheet and accounting for the business.

Provide detailed analysis and commentary on the financials to desk heads, business managers, and senior finance management.

Partner with the business and its stakeholders to implement robust controls and strategic initiatives.

Identify and implement continuous improvements and ensure processes adapt to changing systems and control requirements.

Required Qualifications, Skills, And Capabilities

3+ years Product Control experience or equivalent.

Experience within Product Control related to CVA/FVA.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, including a strong control focus.

Excellent communication skills and ability to develop strong working relationships.

Educated to at least Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) level.
