The ideal Senior Financial Analyst engages directly with business and financial reporting, navigating between detailed analysis and executive‑level strategy. The role is a key financial contact for leadership across the market and region, driving strategic decisions and growth. Key Responsibilities & Duties
Assist executive leadership in defining regional goals and best practices Support annual business plan and fourth‑quarter forecast development Monitor and report monthly financial results Conduct ad hoc client and market trend analyses Liaise with project teams on financial aspects Evaluate revenue recognition and analyze project cost reports Attend monthly project review meetings Collaborate on solutions for superior client service Execute reporting requirements with cross‑department coordination Lead trainings on accounting standards and system enhancements Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance Minimum eight years of related accounting experience Proficient in Microsoft Excel Self‑motivated, detailed, and well‑organized Excellent oral and written communication skills Nice to Have Skills & Experience
