Mon-Thu: 11am-7pm, Sat: 9am-4pm (Must be available for all hours).

Position Summary: The

Customer Success Associate

is a leadership-track role to focus on student success in math achievement. Gain hands-on experience in operations, customer service, team coordination, and business development. No advanced math knowledge required; we will provide full training.

Key Responsibilities:

Enrollment & Customer Service:

Handle enrollment calls, schedule visits, conduct math assessments, and guide new families through the enrollment and onboarding processes

Ensure customer satisfaction (both parents and students) in areas such as student progress, attitude and engagement through all communication channels

Administrative Leadership:

Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, and administer assessments to identify learning gaps and create personalized learning plans

Manage student curriculum, update progress in the center system, and work with management on ensuring efficiency in center operation

Training & Development:

Manage instructional staff, provide coaching, and help improve team performance

Assume the roles for Instructor and Lead Instructor duties as needed, and manage all related tasks

Prior experience in office management, and multi-tasking experience is a huge plus
