Base pay range $128,250.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

Job Description The Firmwide Regulatory Reporting & Analysis (FRRA) team, you will lead the design, implementation, and execution of processes for U.S. Regulatory Reporting, including the FR Y-15 / GSIB Consolidated report. You will also support strategic initiatives in external reporting, such as accountability, error and issue management, manual adjustments, variance analysis, quality assurance, and enhancements to the U.S. regulatory reporting platform.

The Vice President candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, industry trends, and regulatory disclosure requirements. You must be able to manage multiple priorities, including quarter-end deliverables, infrastructure projects, and ad-hoc analysis.

Job Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end production of FR Y-15 / GSIB Reporting for JPMorgan Chase & Co. which is filed quarterly with the Federal Reserve Bank.

Understanding complex reporting methodologies for all balances reported and performing analysis of balances collected through the production process, align facts, logic and context with applicable teams.

Enhance the controls and efficiency of financial reporting processes which may include the identification and resolution of issues/errors, tracking and resolution of data quality issues and implementing process improvements to reduce cycle time.

Maintain familiarity with accounting pronouncements and disclosure requirements including adherence to instructions.

Work extended hours during peak periods including some weekends.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

7+ years total relevant work experience

Bachelor’s Degree required

Understanding of regulatory reporting and financial statements

Comfortable working with large quantities of data, including strong reconciliation and process management experience

Ability to work on multiple priorities for different sponsors at the same time

Detail oriented, strong organizational and time management skills

Results oriented / delivery focused; ability to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines

Advanced data transformation skills using Alteryx, Xceptor, Tableau and macros

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint

Strong analytical skills in data interpretation and identification of anomalies

Excellent written and oral communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

Accounting or Finance degree preferred

Accounting or banking industry experience preferred

Familiarity with US Banking regulatory reporting requirements a plus

Experience using data management & visualization tools in a reporting setting: AWS Databricks, Alteryx, SQL, Tableau, Visio, database experience a plus
