Job Description DuPont Water Solutions offers an exciting leadership opportunity at our Reverse Osmosis manufacturing site in Edina, Minnesota. We are seeking a Fabrication Unit Leader to lead a critical production department with oversight of approximately 150 employees. This role reports directly to the Edina Site Leader and is integral to achieving site performance, advancing operational excellence, and developing the next generation of talent.

As the Fabrication Unit Manager, you will guide a large, diverse team in delivering safe, reliable, and efficient operations. You’ll be a key influencer of culture, performance, and strategy—helping ensure our solutions continue to make a global impact in sustainable water technologies. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate cross‑functionally with R&D, Supply Chain, EHS, Engineering, Finance, Quality, and others to optimize alignment and eliminate inefficiencies.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience across Manufacturing disciplines such as EHS, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Reliability, Technology, HR, Finance, or Continuous Improvement.

4+ years of direct people leadership with demonstrated success.

Experience working in a union or works council environment is preferred.

Proven results as a Lean or Six Sigma practitioner.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, Supply Chain, or related fields preferred.

APICS CSCP or CPIM certification is a plus.

The pay range for this role is $124,600.00 - $195,800.00 annually.

How Base Pay is Determined: DuPont has job leveling frameworks that help organize roles based on progressive levels of responsibility, proficiency and qualifications. Each role has an associated pay range (or an established pay rate for some roles) based on the competitive market in each country where we operate. Each individual’s pay is based on a variety of factors, including their role and the associated pay range for that role, their geographic location (i.e., country, state, metropolitan area), as well as their skills, experience, education and certifications, and performance.
