Job Description :
As a Dermatology Skincare Professional (DSHP), you will play a critical role in driving revenue for Galderma’s Consumer Care business unit. You will promote the company’s consumer skincare portfolio to Health Care Providers (HCPs) and other key office staff members, creating increased product demand within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and execute field‑based product promotion activities in accordance with all applicable company and regulatory standards to increase patient demand of consumer skincare portfolio through targeted strategies at the HCP office level.
Participate in face‑to‑face sales calls with HCPs, distribute product samples, and attend company or company‑sponsored meetings; some meetings may occur during evenings or weekends; travel may be required.
Meet or exceed goals and objectives for designated product portfolio and other KPIs (key performance indicators) such as HCP satisfaction surveys, coupon redemption, POS, etc., within the assigned territory.
Utilize sales tools, resources, and supporting analysis to identify trends and effectively execute action plans.
Record sales‑call notes, track samples, and manage other territory‑management activities through the company data‑reporting system; other administrative duties may be assigned.
Manage appropriate utilization of resources such as budget, samples, and peer‑to‑peer programs to engage and create impact with healthcare professionals.
Develop relationships with providers and their staff within the given geography.
Attend medical meetings and conferences as needed based on organizational and regional requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university is required.
Two (2) years of outside business‑to‑business sales experience preferred.
Demonstrated strong track record of consistent, documented sales success.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Availability for overnight travel as required.
Strong business acumen and excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and persuasive communication skills.
Ability to build strong relationships, service the entire office, and add value with every interaction.
Proficiency with MS Office on Windows, virtual interaction technology, and CRM software.
