The Senior Wealth Advisor at this multi-generational private family office plays a key role in guiding sophisticated clients through complex financial, investment, and estate planning strategies. This position involves managing high-net-worth relationships, leading financial planning initiatives, and collaborating with internal teams and external advisors to deliver comprehensive wealth solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with family clients and related entities
Lead client meetings and presentations, both in-person and virtually
Mentor and develop junior advisors and associates
Analyze trusts, business agreements, and estate planning scenarios
Prepare financial plans, cash flow projections, and coordinate tax and compliance activities
Facilitate complex transactions, including gifting, capital calls, and distributions
Collaborate with banks, investment managers, accountants, attorneys, and other professional advisors
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum of 5 years in financial advisory, family office, or wealth management
Strong technical knowledge of investments, tax, estate, and financial planning
Proven leadership and mentoring experience
High standards of professionalism, discretion, and client service
Strong organizational skills and proficiency with financial planning and CRM software
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or professional certifications (CFP®, CPA, JD) preferred
