Qualifications
An active, approved STATE NMLS license is a must.
A detail‑oriented approach coupled with a demonstrated, thoughtful decision‑making skill set.
The discipline to maintain all mortgage licenses by completing mandatory annual continuing education.
A solid, working understanding of appraisals, title reports, and product guidelines.
Proficiency in utilizing technical systems and programs, such as Encompass.
Current knowledge of regulatory, policy, and compliance issues relevant to the mortgage industry.
The ability and passion to maintain and grow a network of prospects, customers, Realtors, and referral partners.
Being bilingual is a valuable asset (A PLUS!).
