Key Responsibilities

Partner with affluent clients to identify their financial goals, analyze their financial landscape, and develop recommendations that help them work toward well‑defined financial objectives.

Communicate complex financial solutions to clients, utilizing interpersonal communication and relationship‑building skills.

Build meaningful and long‑lasting relationships, developing and implementing appropriate financial solutions.

Obtain all required licenses within 120 days of the start date.

Qualifications

5+ years in a role with personal accountability and managing a book of business or equivalent experience.

5+ years building long‑lasting relationships with affluent clients or equivalent experience.

University degree preferred.

FINRA registrations: Series 7, Series 63, Series 65, Series 66.

Licenses and certifications: Life and Health Insurance License (Resident State) – multiple issuers required; Certified Financial Planner (CFP) preferred; Chartered Financial Analyst – Level I – CFA Institute preferred.

TIAA will cover the cost of obtaining a CFP or CFA and increase your base salary upon successful completion.

Physical requirement: sedentary work.

Compensation Base Pay Range: $100,000/yr – $110,000/yr.

Actual base salary may vary based on experience, performance, and geographic location.

The competitive compensation package may include participation in incentive programs linked to performance.
