What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Develop a strong understanding of the employer's platform and its value for small lawn service businesses

Conduct online demos to engage and inspire potential clients

Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, demonstrating a proactive approach

Execute the sales process, including discovery, scoping, and proof of concept

Utilize tools like Salesforce and SalesLoft to manage sales activities and forecasts

What is Required (Qualifications):

1-3 years of experience in a closing sales role within SMB markets

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a SaaS SMB Account Executive role

Strong communication skills for effective negotiation and consultative selling

Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple deals efficiently

Ability to take initiative and work independently to achieve sales goals

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Previous experience in the field service management market

Familiarity with AI-powered analytics or similar technologies

Background in consultative selling techniques

Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas

Experience with remote work environments
