Be the next tech-driven, ambitious talent to join our growing teams. Meet Your Team: Supply Growth Team Manage accounts, maximize revenue, and drive product ideas. The Supply Growth team helps solve everyday challenges that app publishers face to reach maximum revenue profitability and deliver a highly engaging ad experience. You will focus on optimizing the user funnel, identifying opportunities for new placements, and enabling technical enhancements to hit revenue milestones. The team combines traditional and technical account management to influence product development and publisher revenue. What You Will Do Strategic Account Management: Manage and expand a portfolio of enterprise-level app publishers, develop short- and long-term growth strategies, identify opportunities, and collaborate with partners to explore them.
Performance Analysis: Analyze KPIs related to partner performance to drive data-informed outcomes and help clients reach revenue milestones.
Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for renewed contracts, including high-value, multi-year agreements and SLAs with leading apps and brands.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams on the publisher side, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processes and growth.
Market Insights: Maintain understanding of industry trends, regulations, and competitive dynamics to refine adjoe's value propositions for enterprise customers.
Who You Are 6+ years of experience in B2B tech account management, with 3+ years managing enterprise accounts in sectors such as loyalty programs, delivery and quick-service restaurants, fintech, e-commerce, and mobility apps.
Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar accounts and consistently exceeding annual targets of $5M+.
Excellent analytical skills with ability to connect data points into strategic insights.
Strong communication and presentation skills for effective client engagement.
Ownership mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience collaborating with product, legal, and data security teams to implement complex technical solutions.
