Job Overview
As a Sales Lead, you will proactively advance and secure sales within your designated territory. You will service existing accounts and drive incremental growth through consultative selling techniques.
In this role, you will
Represent the voice of the customer. Service needs of existing customers within the assigned territory. Educate customers on the right products for them. Use informed selling to introduce new products and close gaps in distribution. Visit accounts frequently to provide service and maximize revenue potential. Create an individual sales plan that considers customer needs and geography. Set the overall selling plan for each customer and work closely with them to understand and support their strategies. Follow up to ensure orders are delivered accurately and promptly. If no support rep partner, manage merchandising activities such as stocking shelves and building displays. Develop sales skills and knowledge of the organization’s products, services, and customers. Work nights and weekends on promotional activities and other account duties as required.
What you bring to RNDC
One year of college or technical school certificate. Four‑year college degree (preferred). 3‑6 months related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A current, valid state driver’s license and ability to meet vehicle insurance requirements. Strong client skills and experience understanding customer needs.
