Minimum Qualifications

15 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.

Experience with people management, leading and developing a sales team.

Experience in the agency and third‑party ecosystem with deep relationships.

Experience leading teams, driving go‑to‑market initiatives, establishing operational excellence, and fostering collaborative environments.

Experience developing and executing strategies that drive significant business growth and product adoption in large‑scale client environments.

Experience using data to inform decisions, solve complex problems, and translate insights into actionable strategies for continuous improvement.

Experience thought leadership in performance advertising with an understanding of how to apply measurement principles to drive growth.

Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

In this role, you will lead a team working horizontally across all Agencies, ensuring modern search advertising sales and measurement strategies are employed across the organization.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Performance Strategy and Measurement Leads to deliver performance business growth, product activation and measurement best practices across Google’s Agency partners.

Ensure agencies have strong data foundations and advanced measurement frameworks.

Establish operating excellence and strong collaboration within the organization, forging deep relationships with key partners.

Align quarterly and annual planning processes with product‑level needs to solve for Agency’s key objectives.

Serve as a thought leader on the New Era of Search and appropriate measurement strategies.
