Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead SAP Cloud projects, including S/4 HANA Public/Private Cloud implementations. The candidate should have strong knowledge of SAP Activate, Cloud ALM, and SAP RISE methodology.

Experience with Organizational Change Management techniques and methodologies
Responsibilities
Partner closely with internal customers and technology personnel to define objectives, scope, budget, resource needs, and success criteria for projects.
Build relationships and collaborate cross‑functionally to lead project delivery teams toward successful outcomes.
Utilize Customer and Project Management Methodology to manage development, customization, configuration, testing, and implementation.
Manage project deliverables and milestones within approved timelines and budget.
Coordinate day‑to‑day operational and tactical aspects of approved projects.
Adhere to IT governance processes and provide monthly project status and financial updates.
Identify project issues and facilitate resolution, forming and running sub‑teams as needed.
Conduct risk management and scenario planning; drive development of contingency and risk‑mitigation plans.
Ensure alignment with team contracts, core/sub‑team goals, and functional plans.
Document decisions and action items of team meetings.
Qualifications
10+ years of SAP Project Management experience on implementation projects.
Knowledge of SAP RISE methodology.
Experience with SAP Cloud projects/implementations (S/4 HANA Public/Private Cloud).
Knowledge of SAP Activate Methodology and Cloud ALM.
Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum methodologies/processes.
Strong documentation skills and ability to work in rapid change environments.
Proven ability to influence and lead high performing/geographically dispersed teams.
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills for complex process and technology issues.
Ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
Knowledge of and effective use of different influencing styles.
Ability to align various stakeholder groups toward consensus.
Experience with Organizational Change Management techniques and methodologies.
