Senior Wealth Advisor
who can step into a lead role and grow into future partnership.
The Opportunity This is a rare opportunity to take a leadership seat at a successful boutique firm—with a clear, supported path to equity ownership. You’ll inherit and grow a book of high-net-worth relationships, backed by a team that prioritizes quality over quantity and values long-term planning over product sales. The right candidate may bring a partial book or transition clients over time.

Credentialed Pro:

Someone who thrives in a boutique, collaborative team and wants to build deep, multigenerational relationships.
Entrepreneurial Mindset:
Interested in growth, influence, and long-term equity.
