We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Lead Structural Engineer to join our Mount Laurel, NJ team. Responsibilities
Become a team member of the Mount Laurel or Philadelphia office and contribute to the growth and capabilities of the Passenger Rail & Transit Group
Perform moderately complex computations and analysis
Review drawings and visual aids for quality
Prepare complete project documentation
Work as a coach for less experienced team members
Provide technical and quality plan mentoring and foster teamwork
Lead portions of proposals for opportunity pursuits
Requirements
20+ years of relevant experience
BS in Civil Engineering
PE license
Experience specific to bridge structures or rail
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in cooperative, team environments
