Oversee daily operations of the restaurant.
Maintain high standards of food quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Work closely with the General Manager and Area Supervisor to ensure goals are met while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Act as the restaurant’s leader in the absence of the General Manager.
