Take Responsibility – The Position As

DTC Site Manager , you will shape how Stokke shows up across our Direct‑to‑Consumer (DTC) e‑commerce channels in the U.S. and Canada. This role blends creative storytelling, digital merchandising, and content operations to ensure our brand‑owned site reflects our premium Scandinavian identity while maximizing commercial performance.

You will curate how products and collections are presented across the site, executing merchandising strategies that bring campaigns, launches, and key cultural moments to life. Beyond managing content, you will help craft a cohesive digital shopping experience that resonates with first‑time parents and strengthens our brand presence.

This role is ideal for a design‑forward operator with strong e‑commerce instincts — someone who is equal parts creative and analytical, and who thrives in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.

Main Responsibilities Engage with Vision & Passion

Act as a key partner to Site Merchandisers across DTC and dropship channels.

Serve as the editorial lead for product storytelling across the site — from homepage to PDPs.

Support the Sales team by ensuring consistency of Stokke PDP content across Retailer.com partners.

Translate product launches, brand campaigns, and cultural moments into inspiring digital merchandising experiences.

Drive Execution Across Channels

Oversee daily content refreshes, launch rollouts, asset updates, and QA checks across

Shopify Plus

and

Salesforce Commerce Cloud .

Own the master merchandising calendar, ensuring all teams align behind seasonal, weekly, and campaign‑driven drops.

Build and manage site promotions, including discount codes, bundles, and offer‑based campaigns — aligned with marketing and inventory priorities.

Prioritize high‑impact updates that drive sales, reflect brand storytelling, and support product urgency.

Craft Content That Sells

Partner with Brand Marketing and Site Analytics to adapt creative assets into high‑performing PDP, PLP, and homepage content.

Ensure all products are tagged, sorted, and merchandised to maximize discoverability and conversion.

Maintain a sharp awareness of premium digital trends to bring fresh creative thinking to cross‑category merchandising.

Elevate the digital product experience through strong visual storytelling and brand alignment.

Optimize, Automate & Scale

Create and refine SOPs for DTC content operations with an iterative, test‑and‑learn mindset.

Collaborate with Development and Analytics to uncover opportunities that improve speed, quality, and scalability.

Track site changes, launches, promotions, and workflows using Smartsheet, Jira, and other project management tools.

Identify and fix content issues quickly and proactively.

Collaborate & Report Like a Pro

Partner closely with Demand Planning, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to ensure product availability for launches and campaigns.

Work with Site Analytics on CRO tests and digital experience enhancements.

Deliver clear reporting on content performance and site effectiveness, providing data‑driven insights for stakeholders.

Experience Required

Minimum 5 years of experience in e‑commerce merchandising, site operations, or digital content—ideally with a premium or modern consumer brand.

Deep interest in online merchandising and delivering standout digital experiences.

Strong project management skills, with experience partnering across global and regional teams.

Hands‑on experience with

Shopify Plus ,

Salesforce Commerce Cloud , CMS tools, and retailer dropship platforms.

Proven ability to troubleshoot content issues quickly while maintaining high accuracy.

Familiarity with Smartsheet, Jira, or similar project management systems.

Ability to travel domestically and internationally when required.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

Special Requirements

High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.

Excellent attention to detail, strong visual intuition, and a passion for design‑forward digital commerce.

Ability to manage competing priorities and fast‑paced workflows.

Strong communication and storytelling skills.
