Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new and exciting startups and businesses within Web2 and Web3 into the Minted ecosystem. This role requires a self starter who will generate leads, and conducting market research to drive company growth. You will cultivate relationships with potential clients, communicate effectively to understand their needs, and provide solutions to address their business goals. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and to support the development of strategic initiatives.

Strong Analytical Skills to analyze data, assess opportunities, and measure success
Proven skills in effective Communication, including verbal and written, to engage with clients and internal teams
Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and pursue new opportunities
Exceptional Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus
