A leading Top-10 GC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee
large, complex projects $100M+
across the D.C. region. This role leads full project delivery from precon through closeout, managing schedules, budgets, safety, and client relationships on high-visibility work.
What You’ll Do:
Lead all phases of major projects ($100M–$500M+).
Manage client relationships and serve as primary point of contact.
Oversee project teams, including PMs, PEs, and Superintendents.
Drive schedule, budget, quality, and safety performance.
Manage contracts, change orders, risk, and financials.
Partner closely with preconstruction, field leadership, and trade partners.
What You Bring:
10+ years’ experience, including delivery of $100M+ projects.
Background in large commercial, mission-critical, or federal builds.
Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
Proficiency with Procore, P6, and modern construction tools.
