Base pay range $60,406.00/yr - $65,522.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

Operations Leadership

Ensure restaurants open/close according to standards.

Maintain a clean, fully staffed, guest‑ready environment.

Monitor equipment functionality and coordinate repairs.

Manage supply orders, product availability, receiving, and vendor communication.

Oversee compliance with audits, safety standards, and health regulations.

People & Culture

Foster a highly engaged, inclusive workplace.

Hire, develop, coach, and support restaurant managers and associates.

Oversee onboarding, training, scheduling, and staffing levels.

Recognize and reward employee performance; champion engagement initiatives.

Uphold diversity, equity, and inclusion commitments.

Financial & Business Management

Accept full P&L responsibility for the restaurant.

Analyze financial and operational data to meet business goals.

Deploy labor and resources strategically to maximize profitability.

Implement marketing programs and revenue‑generating initiatives.

Brand & Guest Experience

Maintain strong alignment with brand standards, lease requirements, and CBAs.

Support the adoption of new technologies.

Lead with a focus on quality, service, and overall restaurant vibe.

Resolve customer and associate concerns using sound judgment.

This is an exempt position under the Administrative and Executive Exemptions.

Reports to a Director of Operations or designated operational leader.

Requires a rotating schedule with presence across opening, peak, and closing shifts.

Minimum Qualifications

3+ years of restaurant P&L management experience; 5–7 years total restaurant experience preferred.

Experience managing QSR, Casual Dining, Full Service, Union/Non‑Union environments, or similar.

Food Service Management or Culinary program graduation may substitute for some experience.

Strong leadership, delegation, and conflict‑resolution skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Ability to read, speak, and understand instructions, policies, menus, and brand standards.

Familiarity with HMSHost systems (or ability to learn quickly): MIV, CrunchTime, Kronos, etc.
