What You’ll Do
Lead all phases of construction for major commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout
Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractor relationships, and client communications
Oversee site operations in collaboration with project teams and field leadership
Drive proactive risk management, cost control, and change order processes
Foster a collaborative project culture, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction
Support business development efforts and maintain strong client relationships
Mentor Assistant PMs, Project Engineers, and support staff
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction project management
Proven track record managing projects in the
$20M–$100M
range
Strong leadership, communication, and client‑facing skills
Experience with ground‑up commercial, corporate interiors, institutional, or life science projects
Ability to oversee complex schedules and budgets while driving collaborative team performance
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
