Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr
Summary We’re looking for a motivated accounting professional to take a hands‑on role in managing quarterly and annual SEC filings while supporting key accounting operations. The ideal candidate has experience in either financial reporting, technical accounting or operational accounting, solid GAAP knowledge, and thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment, contributing across multiple functions while growing their skills.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Financial Reporting
Assist the preparation and filing of quarterly and annual Forms 10‑Q and 10‑K, including financial statements, Notes, and MD&A.
Maintain comprehensive documentation supporting all disclosures and tie‑outs.
Monitor new accounting standards and SEC guidance; assist in implementing disclosure changes.
Coordinate input from Legal, FP&A, Investor Relations, and other cross‑functional teams.
Preparing technical accounting memos as needed.
Accounting Operations
Oversee accounting areas such as equity, stock‑based compensation and other key accounting areas as needed.
Prepare the consolidated statement of cash flows for each reporting period.
Support month‑end and quarter‑end close activities as needed, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and support SOX documentation and audits.
Assist with operational accounting process improvements and system enhancements.
Support external audit requests during quarterly reviews and the annual audit.
Other responsibilities as needed.
Education & Experience
Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident
4-7 years of relevant experience in technical accounting and/or accounting operations.
Solid knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial statement preparation.
Ability to manage and coordinate deliverables across multiple teams.
CPA license is desired but not required.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
