Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr
Senior Tax Associate As a Senior Tax Associate at this mid sized CPA firm, you work with clients who are genuinely interesting. A good mix of businesses and individuals. You'll get to work on some pretty complex stuff with real training and mentorship.

Busy season stays around 55 hours. Enough to stay focused without tipping into burnout.
Summer Fridays off. Life feels different with regular three day weekends.
Hybrid or remote working. If you only want 1 day in the office so you get connection without unnecessary commuting that's fine. If you want more office time or even fully remote, that's fine too.
