The Role As part of this elite team, you will:
Draft appellate briefs for significant cases
Conduct detailed case law research
Assist with oral argument preparation
Engage with high‑stakes legal issues at the forefront of the judiciary

Qualifications
JD class years 2019–2021
Strong law school academic credentials
Exceptional writing skills and a passion for appellate advocacy
Appellate clerkship experience (highly preferred)
Compensation The Washington, DC salary range for this position is
$260,000 to $365,000 , with actual compensation determined based on experience and qualifications.
