Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Must be separated from BILH for a min of 6 months in order to be considered (perm, per diem, contract).

Residency & Fellowship Program Coordinator

to support the Pulmonary Department at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. This role provides administrative, scheduling, and onboarding support to students, trainees, and fellows within a busy academic medical environment.

Key Responsibilities Program & Trainee Support

Coordinate onboarding for residents, fellows, and visiting students

Maintain trainee documentation and evaluations in

MedHub

Assist with compliance, credentialing, and orientation workflows

Scheduling & Event Planning

Manage calendars, meetings, conferences, and educational sessions

Schedule luncheons, academic activities, and department events

Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot

Zoom

and

Teams

meetings

Administrative & Department Support

Support program directors, faculty, and educational staff

Manage correspondence, schedules, and trainee communication

Utilize

EPIC

for administrative functions involving scheduling

Handle phone calls, emails, and stakeholder inquiries professionally

Data, Tracking & Reporting

Maintain accurate trainee records and schedules

Generate reports and update databases as needed

Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive educational data

Required Qualifications

Experience supporting

residency, fellowship, or medical education programs

Proficiency with

MedHub , Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office

EPIC experience required

Strong administrative and scheduling skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to plan meetings, organize luncheons, and coordinate events

Must have been separated from BILH for

at least 6 months
