Hotel Equities
Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is seeking a Director of Sales to lead the sales effort for the 113‑room Courtyard by Marriott in Round Rock, TX.
Base Pay Range $65,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to generate group business, including room sales, F&B sales, and catering/banquet services.
Attend networking events and meet with local community groups, companies, and trade organizations to generate sales.
Develop contracts and follow up with customers.
Manage departmental budget, monitor sales activity, and report variances to management.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience as a Director of Sales in the hotel industry.
Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, or Hyatt sales processes and systems.
Well organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
Initiative, perseverance, and analytical skills.
Team player, professional, and leader with integrity.
Available for weekend meetings as required.
Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English with excellent grammar and communication skills.
Engaged, authentic, and ready to prospect, sell, and maintain accounts to positively impact revenues.
