What You Will Do

Manage and nurture a named account list, develop account plans for winning and expanding business

Create new business opportunities and build relationships with banks, asset managers, hedge funds, private equity firms and other financial institutions

Partner with SME to navigate cross‑solutions

Maintain knowledge of industry trends, data, reporting and regulatory challenges

Attend and network at industry events

Work within a dynamic culture that rewards achievement

Contribute to shaping platform partnership strategy and building repeatable processes

Develop outbound strategies to create and nurture opportunities

Forecast accurately to aid management planning

Sell automation solutions into large enterprises, BPOs and Shared Services operations

Self‑generate pipeline and close new business from end‑user clients

Travel approx. 30‑60%

What You Will Bring

8+ years of financial services sales experience; familiarity with regulatory trends a plus

Excellent relationship‑building across multiple influencers, both partners and internal teams

Full sales cycle experience

Strong communication, presentation and collaboration skills

Performance in high‑pressure, high‑workload environments

Comfort preparing and leading client presentations

Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Proven track record in new business sales and consultative solution selling

Ability to sell to business and IT influencers

Inquisitive, tenacious, and able to identify new opportunities and extend value of accounts

Credible at executive and operational levels, building long‑term relationships

Quota‑driven with strong organization and relationship skills

Focus on results – pipeline, revenue and profit, and leader of others in the ecosystem

Excellent written and verbal communication

Salary range: $130,000 – $175,000 plus uncapped commissions (NY, CA, other states). More details on our careers page at www.ssctech.com/careers.
